At Kashkha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Kashkha account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the parcel from your registered shipping address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
